Having sold Burgundy wines on the French market for some 20 years, Yvonnick Debray decided to purchase vineyards in the Côte de Beaune.

The vat room and the cellars of his estate are located in Beaune.

In an effort to produce high quality wines, the vinification has been entrusted to a renowned oenologist whose experience guarantees the creation of wines which bring out the typicity of the terroir in the best possible manner.
