In accordance with legal provisions, within 14 days of receiving your product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. You do not have to justify reasons or pay a penalty. We will reimburse you for the full amount paid no later than 14 days following your withdrawal.
Any request for cancellation of an order must be made by email, fax or telephone, the minimum time to notify us being 48 hours before the date of the visit.
All the contractual provisions defined above are governed by French law. We are at your disposal for the settlement of any dispute and in the absence of an amicable solution, only the Courts of Beaune will be competent.
